Services will include but are not limited to: • Helping building owners/managers input energy use data in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® (ESPM) or equivalent tool and providing training materials, tools, and help desk support on the tool. (Reporting energy use data into the tool will be the responsibility of building owners and their designees.) • Assisting in outreach to building owners/managers, developing and maintaining a building contact list that is inclusive of both the owner and data submitter, and conducting annual follow-ups. • Acting as a liaison with utilities and building owners for data requests. • Ensuring building owner compliance with providing energy use data, through email and telephone communications with building owners/managers. • Hosting, maintaining, and supporting either a comprehensive reporting or aggregated data display internetbased software platform and providing training on the platform to Commerce and its partners. • Cleaning, validating, and analyzing the benchmarking data and providing program reporting including building scorecards and interactive mapping that will be available on Commerce’s website. • Leveraging equity and other prioritization data layers to assist Commerce in prioritizing and recommending available opportunities to owners/managers to improve building performance.
