Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required by the Contract Documents to design, manufacture, deliver, and install 1085± linear feet of 20” Pressure Class 300 ductile iron water main, 437± linear feet of 20” Pressure Class 300 restrained ductile iron water main, 338± linear feet of 24” Pressure Class 300 restrained ductile iron water main, install 18,195± linear feet of 20” Pressure Class 250 ductile iron water main, 9,120± linear feet of 20” Pressure Class 250 restrained ductile iron water main, 614± linear feet of 24” Pressure Class 250 restrained ductile iron water main, 900± linear feet of 30” Pressure Class 200 ductile iron water main, 1,029± linear feet of 30” Pressure Class 200 restrained ductile iron water main, 1,264± linear feet of 36” Pressure Class 200 ductile iron water main, 833± linear feet of 36” Pressure Class 200 restrained ductile iron water main utilizing traditional trench installation in Louisville Water easements and roadway right-of-ways in Audubon Drive, Old Hwy 245, Clermont Road (KY 245), and Lotus Road (KY 1684) tying into the existing 12”, 16”, and 20” water mains. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required by the Contract Documents to design, manufacture, deliver, and install (17) 2” CAV, (9) 2” CAV w/ 4” access ports, (3) 18” access ports w/ 2” CAV, (2) 18” access ports w/4” gate valves, (28) 12” drain assemblies, (1) 12” vertical gate valves, (8) 16” vertical gate valves, (17) 20” vertical gate valves, (1) 20” vertical gate valve w/ leak detection system, (6) 24" vertical gate valves, (3) 30” gate valves w/ bypass, (3) 36” gate valves w/ bypass, (1) master meter vault, bore and jack 785± linear feet of 36” steel casing pipe, bore and jack 406± linear feet of 54” steel casing pipe, 40± linear feet of 36” PVC C900 (DR 18) casing pipe via open cut installation, 150± linear feet of 36” steel casing pipe via open cut installation, 40± linear feet of 42” steel casing pipe via open cut installation, and 230± linear feet of open cut stream crossings; restore the site, all of the above made ready-for-use.
