Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following is a minimum, but shall not be limited to, list of tasks that are to be performed: Track - Should be clean of all oil and grease. Check tightness of track bolts and fasteners. Tighten as needed. Inspect for track damage. Door Surface & Hardware - Check all door hardware for tightness. Oil all hinge points. Adjust roller so they are tight against the track. Oil as needed. Inspect bottom seal for damage. Counterbalance - Inspect cables for fraying or broken strands. Cables should be tight with door closed, tighten as needed. Oil Springs at the top of the coils. Oil the shaft bearing. Inspect all hardware for corrosion or tightness. Tighten as needed. Check Drums, cables, couplers, set screws, and springs and adjust accordingly. Trolley, Operators and Jackshaft unit - Lubricate rails on units and all chains and sprockets and tighten chains as needed. Replace belts on units once every year.
