The winning bidder must furnish and install complete specified copper and fiber cabling, conduit, raceway, jacks, faceplates, labeling, patch cables, and any miscellaneous materials required for a complete and working installation. Vendor will be required to deinstall (remove) existing security cameras and access control equipment as part of the Configuration & Installation services. Therefore, deinstallation & removal of these devices to designated district location should be included in the Vendor’s configuration & installation quoted pricing of all removed equipment. • Vendor is required to provide pricing for the District to purchase, if required, the configuration & installation services associated with the products contained in their bid. Services will be purchased if and as needed and determined in the best interest of the District. • Vendor will be responsible for suppling any Aerial Work Platforms (tall ladders, lifts etc.) as needed for equipment mounted in high unreachable locations. • Vendor must coordinate the pointing and aiming of each camera with school and district personnel. The vendor will be responsible for pointing the cameras while assigned district personnel monitors camera system to ensure optimal coverage and video capture. • Vendor must coordinate with school and district personnel to ensure that all installed access control equipment allows access only to authorized personnel while denying access to unauthorized personnel. • Vendor must test all equipment configured & installed before the equipment & services will be accepted by the District to ensure the equipment operates in the network as intended and as required • Phenix City Schools is currently using (Verkada Brand) Cloud-based Security Cameras and Access Control Equipment. • The Phenix City School District will provide all Security Cameras and Access Control equipment to be installed unless otherwise specified.
