1. Furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, transportation, fuel and all else necessary for job completion as described within this bid solicitation. 2. Meet with the Project Supervisor on site, prior to commencing any work to discuss project area, boundaries and scope of work. 3. Contractor is responsible for finding a suitable site to dispose of the soil. The county landfill is near the work area and may be an option. 4. Complete all project work in accordance with specifications in this document by 15 June 2024. 5. Follow Invasive Species Prevention measures as described above. 6. Conduct work in a manner that will minimize sod and severe soil disturbance outside of the gravel pit. 7. Shall cease and/or suspend operations if unfavorable site conditions occur as determined by the Project Supervisor. 8. Ensure the site is left in an orderly manner and free of all contractor refuse and debris. 9. Immediately notify and consult Project Supervisor regarding any damage to roads, road right-of-way, SNA trails or fields caused by contractor or any agents of the contractor. Project Supervisor must approve of repair methods. Any costs associated with repair will be borne by the contractor. 10. Contractor must avoid leaks of fuel, oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant from equipment on the premises. Contractor must provide and maintain a spill kit on the premises when there is potential for spills or leaks to occur. Contractor must immediately contain and properly remediate any leaks or spills, and immediately report them to the appropriate authority and Project Supervisor. 11. Contractor is responsible to be aware of and meet all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances as they relate to the type of work being conducted.
