Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Through properly qualified, experienced, and credentialed professional personnel, develop and produce a site plan, attain City’s approval of the site plan, and perform all requisite work activities and functions necessary to accomplish the site plan, as approved by the City. B. Provide a comprehensive Project Plan to the City and subject to its approval, which shall include: 1. Detailed work performance timeline(s) that specifies key project milestones and completion dates. 2. Detailed work performance cost & expense itemization, sum of which shall not 3 exceed total bid price and with all remaining sums, if any, fully rebated to the City. C. Furnish and professionally install, in accordance with manufacturer’s(s’) installation instructions, recommendations, and/or guidelines, new / unused equipment, features, and related items as specified herein, or equivalent acceptable to and approved by the City, as follows: 1. Recreation InSites, Model ROGS2024, or acceptable equal, inclusive of all necessary components and safety features and materials to assure adequate, appropriate, and proper anchoring and structural integrity, as well as compliance with all applicable standards and regulations pertaining to shelter construction standards (i.e., safety and otherwise). 2. 24’ x 28’ minimum concrete pad, adequately poured to support sustained use of typical shelter needs, ensure that concrete is finished and treated to resist cracks and breaks, and that finished concrete pad is fully compliant with all applicable safety, regulatory, and industry standards. D. Completely install all equipment, features, related accessories, and components, including all preparations to assure complete and full compliance of the entire Austinburg Park Redevelopment Project I Plan, and in full compliance with all applicable and relevant regulations and/or standards pertaining to safety, including but not limited to American Society for Testing and Materials (“ASTM”), Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”), and Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), and including routine/periodic inspections during project performance and at least one (1) final inspection conducted jointly with designated City representative(s) certifying compliance, to which the City’s final acceptance of project performance shall be subject.
