Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Description This Project is for the design and construction of a park with preferable design elements. If applicable, the following design elements should be incorporated: See attached 2A for reference. • The Mighty Descent slide (see attachment 2A) • ADA ramp and fencing • Shade shelters and seating where possible • Solar charging bench • Native landscape plantings (where once established, native plants will not need fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or watering) • Recycled/recyclable materials where possible (signage, message boards, surfacing, etc.). • Keep trees and topsoil as undisturbed as possible • Low VOC paint and other materials The Project will require traffic control, relocation of utilities, coordination with the City, County, and State agencies, demolition and disposal of portions of the park's current equipment, etc
