Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliveries - 1. The diesel fuel shall be all purpose low sulfur diesel fuel oil intended for use in all types of diesel engines under all normal conditions of service. 2. Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel shall be delivered to the above ground diesel storage tank. 3. Deliveries shall be made available on a daily basis Monday through Friday. 4. A card lock shall be available to accommodate after hours fueling. 5. Invoices shall be presented for each fuel load delivered. 6. The contract vendor's delivery driver or contracted carrier shall contact the district one (1) hour prior to arrival to ensure an authorized representative is available to receive delivery. 7. The contract vendor shall notify the District for late deliveries. The District may reject late deliveries and will not be responsible for the cost of deliveries.; Gasoline Refueling Stations - 1. The gasoline will be reformulated unleaded 87 octane gasoline. 2. The Offeror shall furnish a minimum of one gasoline refueling station for San Carlos Unified School District No 20 fleet vehicles. 3. The Offeror shall provide refueling station(s) that are operational and open 24 hours a day, seven (7) days per week. 4. The refueling station(s) must be accessible to all San Carlos Unified School District fleet vehicles. 5. For refueling station(s), the Offeror shall provide a fuel card/fleet card method of payment. The card must identify the following information: vehicle number, mileage, type of product, unit cost, amount of fuel dispensed, and extended cost.
