The successful law firm will be required to perform the following legal services and to advise the town on a variety of matters pertaining to the Town’s Plans, to include but not limited to: • Update the Town on relevant changes to the law and regulations • Provide general legal advice regarding the administration of the Plans • Maintain the Plans’ compliance with regulatory requirements • Review and revise the Plans’ documents, as required • Prepare summary descriptions of the Plans in lay terms • Represent the Town in defense of the Plans in the event of litigation • Maintain the qualified status of the Plans • Respond to ad hoc questions regarding the Plans, and provide interpretations • Other legal services related to the Plans, as may be required from time to time
