Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota (“County”) is soliciting proposals for Gender and trauma responsive supports and services for the Community Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCCR). This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits community providers to draw on the existing strengths of male and male identifying young people, ages 12 to 24, who are involved in the juvenile justice system, in order to help them best manage the impact of trauma, while helping them to build healthy coping and problemsolving skills through individual and group programming. With assistance and supportive programming, male and male identifying young people can feel connected and are provided with skills that will enhance self-efficacy, awareness, and ability to identify future and ideal self.
