Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Be a Esri Silver, Gold or Platinum Partner through Esri’s partner program. 2. Establish Cloud Services for the ArcGIS Enterprise Server and must include Esri Enterprise Cloud Services solution to meet the needs of State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC), Colorado Information Analysis Center (CIAC) and field disaster management to support and integrate with the primary enterprise server solution. 3. Must utilize Microsoft and Esri best practices and requirements for hardware specifications as well as include suggestions for light, medium and power users. 4. Must establish a single sign on utilizing Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management’s active directory to ensure all staff are able to connect to the system under various current connectivity situations such as Colorado Department of Public Safety managed local network, VPN, RDP, remote internet like Wi-Fi, cellular, as well as satellite. 5. Must develop a database for the ArcGIS Enterprise System as well as migrate existing data from ArcGIS Online and other network storage locations to the enterprise system. 6. Must map connections to other Esri based State department ArcGIS Enterprise Systems. 7. Must identify, integrate, or map connections to current external Geographic Information System (GIS) (i.e. crisis track) and train employees on best practice for data integrity/management with ArcGIS Enterprise System.
