Provide on-call services for conventional general construction services and to bid on a project in the Delp D building. The Medical Center will rely on the successful contractor’s expertise in the general construction industry to provide these services throughout the University areas of the Medical Center and for buildings on the Fairway and Edwards campuses. General Scopes of Work that are associated with on-call services: Superintendent/Project Manager Masonry systems Drywall systems Ceiling systems Flooring; not limited to vinyl, ceramic tile, quarry tile, carpet Painting Plaster Millwork Electrical Plumbing Mechanical (piping and sheet metal) Fire Sprinkler Installer Cement Ironworker General Carpentry Demolition activities Terrazzo Components and supports for all the above Insulation for work installed where required by drawings.
