Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Clean inside and outside panels of stainless and painted hoods with dry ice application. 2.2 Wipe down stainless panels with stainless conditioner. Examples of acceptable cleaners are Simple Green, Cerama, Thermador Stainless Steel Conditioner. 2.3 Clean inside vents and vent racks. If vent racks are removed to be cleaned, you are required put the vents back in the exact position in which they were originally found. 2.4 Clean exhaust vents all the way to the exhaust fan. 2.5 Remove all trash and dirt that gets on top of kitchen equipment and under the hood. This includes all hand and foot prints. 2.6 Use extreme caution around all ansul systems and sprinkler heads as not to set off systems.
