Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Proposer(s) will be expected to mobilize on Site with all personnel, supplies and equipment, as necessary, to market, show, demonstrate, negotiate, sell and facilitate the removal of the Operable Heavy Equipment listed in Attachment A subject to the following general terms and conditions: The selected Proposer will inspect, test run and appraise the Operable Heavy Equipment as necessary to initially market same. As part of this process, the selected Proposer will recommend list prices of all equipment to the Authority for its approval. The selected Proposer will develop a marketing and advertising plan for all Operable Heavy Equipment and execute such plan upon approval by the Authority. The selected Proposer will have qualified equipment operators readily available to show and demonstrate equipment to potential buyers. Showing and demonstration of - 5 - equipment may be conducted in the Staging & Showing Area depicted on Attachment B. The selected Proposer will negotiate the sale of equipment with qualified potential buyers and prepare all necessary equipment sales documents that may be required to be executed by the Authority, the selected Proposer and buyer.
