Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division of Water Quality is requesting proposals for technical support to develop a water quality implementation plan to address nutrient pollution in Utah Lake. Several elements identified in the Implementation Framework are already under development through existing DWQ ULWQS technical support contracts. The selected contractor will complete the remaining tasks, analysis, and deliverables identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP) in collaboration with the Steering Committee and Science Panel. Additionally, the selected contractor will coordinate and collaborate with the respective ULWQS technical support contractors to guide development of and integrate all related third-party deliverables (e.g., watershed model scenarios) into the implementation plan.
