Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to modify the existing Augusta Road Water Treatment Plant as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein, including, but not limited to, rehabilitation and improvements to flocculation basins and sedimentation basins, modifications to the existing clearwell to include a new diffused aeration system and finished water circulation spray system; replacement of six chemical feed systems and some chemical piping; and electrical improvements and repairs throughout the plant. Work also includes mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, electrical, instrumentation, SCADA, mechanical, piping, valves, coatings, HVAC, soil erosion & sediment control, and all other work and appurtenances necessary for completion of the work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents.
