The software should be based on the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, where the vendor hoststhe application software on their servers and provide access to that software via theInternet. • Integrated and real time acrossto all applications. Vendor must provide the number of times your proposed system was down for more than ten minutes last year? What was the average length of downtime? Provide notification process for system downtime. • Full vendor staffing service support. • All software and module updates should occur within 10 minutes or less. • Central office access and control of remote site data and module operation. • Modular components which allows district to add and remove modules as necessary. • The proponent’s system will include robust levels or security for all users. • The proponent must describe how the proposed system will maintain data integrity in the event of power outages or damage to all or part of the database platform.
