Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work involves developing test questions, administering tests, and delivering reports. Specifically, the Contractor will annually review all test questions; update, develop, and maintain a bank of usable multiple-choice questions; annually update and evaluate questions and remove and replace as necessary; and provide the question bank to the CCB twice per calendar year, June 1 and December 1. Additionally, the Contractor will prepare and administer unique examinations for each candidate based on the question bank; determine applicant eligibility to take the test; provide a process for all applicants who challenge questions; score the tests; and send, or make available, test data electronically to the CCB and the test taker.
