Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clemson University recognizes the value of providing flexibility to its employees as flexibility can increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover, increase the University’s ability to attract and retain talent and maintain or enhance productivity for some roles. To achieve this goal, Clemson University employs telecommuting employees in states other than South Carolina and other countries and contracts with independent contractors in the same areas. The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of one or more qualified vendor(s) tto serve as an Employer of Record (EOR) for prospective employee, and current employees, and identify the individuals who should be independent contractors who reside in states or countries where the University does not normally conduct business.
