The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from bona fide, qualified proposers who are interested in providing program/project management support services as part of the Mid-Basin Sediment Diversion Program, which involves the complete implementation of the Mid-Barataria and Mid-Breton Sediment Diversion Projects. CPRA will award a single contract and authorize scopes of work on a task order basis under the contract. Anticipated services in the RFP will include program and project management services for the Mid-Basin Sediment Diversion Program implementation including but not limited to: Program Management; Grant proposal development; Program controls: scheduling, cost control; Change management; Communications; Document management; Operations; Outreach and engagement; Performance monitoring / reporting and policy / standard development; Risk management; Electronic document/database, Construction administration hosting/software; Program delivery plan; Permitting planning; Land acquisition planning; Health and safety planning; Quality control/assurance management
