Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to procure a contract for Construction of the Tuckaleechee Pike Water Transmission Main. The Project consists of constructing approximately 14,590 LF of 12” DIP water line, 20 LF of 8” DIP water line, 300 LF of 6” DIP water line, 10 LF of 6” PVC water line, all service reconnections, and all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances along Whites Mill Road from Chilhowee View Road to Tuckaleechee Pike, along Tuckaleechee Pike from Chilhowee View Road to E. Lamar Alexander Parkway, and along E. Lamar Alexander Parkway from Tuckaleechee Pike to Autumn Drive in Maryville, TN. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
