1. The Excavator shall be a John Deere 75 P-Tier Mid-Size Excavator with a Thumb. 2. The Excavator shall be 8 (Eight) metric tons with pontoons. 3. The excavator shall come with a Long Arm and 48” Bucket. 4. Shall have an Amphibious Undercarriage. 5. Speed shall be up to 1.5 mph on hard dry surfaces and 0.5 mph in water. 6. Grade shall be 100% (45°). 7. The Drive Chain shall be a heavy-duty double-crimped roller chain. 8. Drive axles and sprockets shall use splined shafts and hubs. 9. Track Chain shall be two strands of heavy-duty 4” pitch marsh buggy track chain per pontoon. 10. Track Cleat shall be designed 3” or 4” marine grade 6061-T6 Aluminum. 11. Bearings pontoons shall have bearing on all four corners No Bushings are used. 12. Track Chain Adjustment shall adjust the full life of the chain without the removal of track chain links or cleats. 15“minimum on the front and rear of the pontoon. 13. Paint shall be Blasted SP10, Zinced, primed, Poly Color coat ply Clear topcoat. Inside Pontoon primed to prevent rust. The standard pontoon color shall be Black. 14. Walkway and handrails shall be installed down both sides of the excavator constructed of Steel Bar Grading. Shall be mounted and bolted to the body for ease of removal. 15. Counterweight/Fuel Tank shall have standard manufacturer counterweight to be replaced with a 75-gallon (approx.) combination fuel tank/counterweight. Skid-resistant on-top shut-off valves. 16. UHMW (Teflon) Cleats shall have 3” x 2” Black Teflon Cleats.
