Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor proposals will be subjected to a two-stage evaluation and selection process. The first stage will begin with a review of the response to the proposal. A proposal must address all modules/functions to be considered. 1. The proposal will include SIS software and associated services. 2. Proposals found to be incomplete may be rejected as non-responsive. 3. Grand Blanc Community Schools may choose to ask clarification questions in writing and include the additional information gathered in this process.; A finalist or finalists will be subjected to a more detailed stage two evaluation that will include vendor provided hands on demonstrations at Grand Blanc Community Schools. During the stage two evaluation period, user groups will have to have hands on experience in your system. For example, teachers will have to use the gradebook to enter an assignment and manipulate other settings within the gradebook.
