Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interested contractor(s) are required to conduct one (1) or more evaluations for the BCCCP to address the following: − The extent to which strategies implemented by the BCCCP increase access to high quality breast and cervical screening and diagnostic services; − The implementation, sustainability, and impact of EBI to increase breast and cervical cancer screening; and − The impact of patient navigation services provided to women served by the BCCCP. The CONTRACTOR shall: 1. Evaluation Planning. a) Review evaluation plan to understand program structure and evaluation goals. b) Identify focus of evaluation project. c) Develop evaluation questions, indicators, methodology, and data collection tools (e.g., survey or interview questions). d) Provide recommendations, as needed, to the BCCCP on updates to the evaluation plan. 2. Outreach and Data Collection/Analysis. a) Coordinate with the Cancer Programs Director (“CPD”) to identify participating BCCCP providers. b) Schedule interviews with BCCCP providers. c) Collect data from BCCCP providers. d) Analyze data collected around common themes. 3. Evaluation Summary. a) Prepare written summary of evaluation findings. b) Present evaluation findings to the BCCCP team and providers. 4. Collaboration. Participate in weekly meetings by phone or virtually with the BCCCP team to ensure progress toward completion of deliverables. 5. Reporting. Submit a monthly summary to the CPD no later than the seventh day of the following month. Summaries shall include the following information for the services performed during that month: a) Summary of the progress of activities. b) Barriers encountered and the resolution of the problems. c) Plans for the next month, including brief narrative explaining the projected activities.
