2. SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful Proponent shall provide Peer Center Services within Deschutes County. Proposal shall include detail of services to be performed, project timeline, and budget. The following costs for provision of Services may be included in budget costs: A. Salary and benefits B. Indirect costs C. Training expenses D. Food and materials E. Other items subject to approval by designated DCHS Program Manager. Selected Proponent shall be expected to: A. Create a warm, welcoming, and safe space for all open/graduated Deschutes County Behavioral Health clients. B. Meet with Program Manager in monthly meetings to: discuss current activities/groups, submit any grievances and incident report logs. C. Work closely with DCHS to ensure target population is being served. D. Create policies and procedures for program operations E. Implement activities which support clients in socialization, communication skills, recovery, and activities of daily living F. Promote a clean and hygienic environment, including, but not limited to, alerting DCHS to any facility/ building issues. G. Create boundaries and structure that promote a safe and sober community/environment. H. Program shall utilize trained and /or credentialed Peer Support Specialists
