The Annual Full-Service Plan must include: Service and preventative maintenance for the timeframe of contract execution date. One (1) Preventative Maintenance visit including all PM supplies. Cleaning and greasing, wear and tear of parts, adjustments, instrument specific tests as outlined in the Service Manual, travel costs and labor, and service report. Customer remedial maintenance will be as follows: Provide telephone and/or TeamViewer support in order to assess the malfunction, and if possible, provide corrective solution. All parts will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be new standard, equivalent refurbished parts, or parts of equivalent quality. On-site Field Service for TECAN Fluent®: All replacement parts, labor, and travel expenses are included. Software upgrades included if required for continued instrument reliability, usability, and/or safety. Service report. Hotline Support (Monday – Friday, 8 am- 7 pm EST, excluding statutory holidays). General response time within 48 hours. Coverage: On-site between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday - Friday. Tecan Certified Field Service Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, or Application Scientists must directly perform service/maintenance.
