Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded educational consultant will conduct a thorough review of the existing curriculum and educational assessments and examinations, such as multiple-choice questionnaires. Their analysis will focus on the following key items: ensuring testing is accurate and aligns with MPTC’s curriculum, reviewing the formatting and presentation of questions to ensure they are consistent and clear, providing clarity and comprehensibility that all test-takers understand the questions regardless of language proficiency. The awarded bidder will perform the following activities for the MPTC. The vendor may re-write the following framework to accurately present their workflow, but in the scope of services, they must include the estimated number of hours and hourly rate for each activity they provide. Draft Framework for respondents - The contracted vendor would perform the following activities. These activities can change dependent on the framework the respondents provide assuming they align with the key objectives above: Gather Information by obtaining the curriculum documents, learning objectives, content outlines, test questions and keys, and develop an understanding of the students age, grade level, language proficiency. Review the existing curriculum documents for clarity, organization, and alignment with learning objectives. Identify the key knowledge areas to be understood and assessed. Review the test questions for content alignment and relevancy and identify any gaps or areas where the testing does not adequately cover the curriculum. Organize findings into a clear report, quantify the number of testing questions that require revisions due to unclear wording, and rewrite test questions to better align with the curriculum. Present findings and final report to agency’s executive team and implement improvements.
