Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide software upgrades, bug fixes and patches, as released by the manufacturer for all software and firmware used by Waukesha County for the duration of the contract period, See Exhibit B. (Note – this does not include new major releases or versions) 2. Perform database modifications for control applications as necessary to maintain correct operating conditions in the building(s). These include, but are not limited to, PID loop adjustments, dead band adjustments and application sequence changes. 3. Provide database verification by accessing the Systems to ensure the database is operating correctly and that no values are out of range for assumed condition. 4. Perform database backup of all control system databases (Tridium/Niagara, Metasys, Honeywell, TAC/Invensys & Alerton) in each building, within 30 days from the contract start date, on a quarterly basis thereafter and anytime programming is modified. Databases shall be stored on-site at a location designated by the owner. 5. Provide 8 hours per week, for 50 weeks per year (Christmas and Thanksgiving weeks are excluded), of on-site inspection, calibration and correction/repair time for the HVAC control system components and devices, including, but not limited to valves, dampers, pneumatic control devices, etc. This shall include proactive reviews of data logs, systems analysis and performance using FDD (Fault Detection Diagnostics) software for continuous commissioning.
