Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Trenton requests proposals from qualified companies (the “Firm” or “Firms”) to provide the services described in the scope of work defined below. The requested Engineering and Project management services will support the replacement of approximately 1,000 Lead Service Lines (LSLs) in Hamilton Township NJ. This work will be financed by NJ Infrastructure Bank (NJ I-Bank) loan and will be referred to as the Phase 4 LSL Replacement Project. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. Neither the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is, or will be, a party to this contract or subcontract or any lower tier contract or subcontract. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. The construction work to replace service lines is anticipated to be funded by State Revolving Funds (SRF) and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) funds.
