This equipment will be used to transport liquid magnesium chloride to North Central locations from the Flagstaff, Arizona location where the solution is created. The portable liquid storage tanks will be used at elevations between 6,000 to 7,000 feet and in ambient temperatures ranging from 15 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The equipment shall remain operational under these conditions without special adjustments or alterations. 3. General Requirements 3.1. The portable liquid storage tanks shall be complete with all equipment for safe and efficient operation. They shall be delivered as a complete unit, certified, and ready for the immediate job site operations. 4. Specific Requirements 4.1. Portable Liquid Tank Requirements 4.1.1. The tanks shall be freestanding transport, translucent white tanks. 4.1.2. Tank sizes from 150 gallon up to 5000 gallon. 4.1.3. 1.9 Specific Gravity is required. This will allow products weighing up to 15.8 pounds per gallon to be transported. Salt brine can weigh as much as 11 pounds per gallon.
