The project is a proposed approximately 175,000 GSF educational facility with capacity for approximately 640 students. The building layout is a modified “C” shape and will be divided into the following main wings: 1. A primarily one-story Transportation Technology wing will be located at the northeast end of the building. This wing will provide spaces for auto repairs, auto body repairs, diesel mechanics and aviation mechanics. 2. A primarily one-story Construction Development wing will be located at the southeast end of the building. This wing will provide spaces for carpentry, masonry, plumbing, heating and ventilation, welding, and the building’s main mechanical room. 3. A two-story wing located at the west end of the building will provide spaces for Arts, Media, Communications, Consumer Services, Hospitality and Tourism, Health and Biosciences, Administration and the main entrance to the school.
