Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Camera systems shall be installed to monitor the counseling center, all classrooms, all building and parking lot entrances, hallways, and other designated areas. ● 4 external cameras shall be installed, one on each corner of the building. Each must have a minimum of the following specs: ○ 270°+ field of view leaving no blind-spot on building corners ○ Enough height to not be blocked by trees and to not be tampered with ○ 4MP total resolution or greater ○ 1 or 2-way audio ○ Excellent zoom / clarity options ○ At least a cold operating temperature of -20°F or colder ○ At least a hot operating temperature of 115°F or hotter ● 2 wide-angle external cameras shall be installed if the corner cameras above cannot capture the more distant areas of the building exterior. ○ 175°+ field of view ○ Similar remaining minimum specs for the external corner cameras in the previous section ● 3 highly capable external cameras to capture important footage from parking lot entrances. ○ Proficient viewing field of view to capture activity from parking lot entrances ○ Proficient resolution to capture specific necessary footage ○ Similar remaining minimum specs for the external corner cameras in the previous section ○ Can capture/identify license plate numbers, determine object types such as cars, people, colors, etc. ○ Weather/tamper proof ○ Can assist with intelligent video analytics detection. Examples include detection of: crossing boundaries, tampering, line counting, object identification, intrusion, threat detection ● 3 doorbell (or similar or similar operation) cameras ○ Proficient view of entrance doors ○ Weather/tamper proof ○ 2-way audio ○ 5 MP resolution or greater ○ Excellent zoom / clarity options ● 15 internal fish-eye cameras ○ 360° hemispheric view with edge-to-edge clarity ○ 1 or 2-way audio ○ 5 MP total resolution or greater ○ Excellent zoom / clarity options ● 70 internal classroom, office, stairwell and hallway cameras ○ 90°+ viewing angle ○ 1 or 2-way audio ○ 5 MP resolution or greater ○ Excellent zoom / clarity options ● 3 internal entrance thermal cameras ○ Proficient viewing angle for threat detection via thermal image capturing ○ Excellent zoom / clarity options ● Security camera software shall be made available onsite as well as remotely to assist in managing the following features: ○ Minimum of 21 - 30 days of footage ○ Intuitive user-friendly tools to observe, compile, save, and use past and live footage ○ Advanced AI technology to assist with automatically identifying objects of interest like people, cars, colors, bags, boundaries, etc. This be able to utilize footage from any camera ○ Automatically flag events or video of interest and contact specified administrators ○ Assist directly with threat detection (i.e., help identify potential weapons from thermal cameras, etc.) ● Training support for specified staff and administrators on the proper use and maintenance of the security camera system.
