Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are to install, set, and wire in new insulated electric sliding freezer door with all required hardware and freezer door frame heaters at Richmond State Supported Living Center’s (Richmond SSLC). The Contractor shall demo existing faulty door, operator, track and hardware. The Contractor shall dispose of old door and hardware. The replacement door shall have the following specifications: a) Dimensions of 6’ wide, 9’ tall, and 4” in depth b) Jamb up to 6” c) Flush sill d) Bulb gasket e) Interior door casing trim f) Exterior white stucco embossed galvanized steel finish g) The sliding door motion shall be external to the freezer sliding horizontally left overlapping the wall. h) The door rails shall be galvanized steel and hang above the door, powering the sliding motion with an electric motor. i) Interior wall temperature shall be above 19 degrees Fahrenheit. j) Frame and track temperature shall be above 19 degrees Fahrenheit. Completed work will also be inspected for acceptance and completion by the HVAC staff/ Supervisor. The replacement door and door frame shall seal the freezer entry and be heated to prevent the door becoming immobile. Heaters are to be rated for 115 volts. White stucco shall be used for the finish on the door panel.
