Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer must be able to provide the following services at a minimum. Work includes, but is not limited to the following tasks: Monthly meetings: • Contractor shall plan and facilitate monthly virtual meetings for Hub grant awardees to facilitate peer learning, develop cooperative relationships that enhance the innovation ecosystem, and build Regional Innovation Hub capacity. • In coordination with Business Oregon, Contractor shall contribute to the planning and logistics for the monthly meetings. Quarterly meetings: • Contractor shall facilitate four quarterly peer learning sessions for all Hub grant awardees in conjunction with Business Oregon. Session durations are anticipated to be approximately 2 hours. • Contractor and Business Oregon will mutually contribute to the planning and logistics associated with each quarterly peer learning session, including agenda development, scheduling, note taking and or recording, in addition to any session follow-up as determined by Business Oregon. • Identifying the need for topic-specific presentations on issues that multiple Hub grant awardees share an interest in. Planning and developing content for and providing one or more topic-specific presentations as noted above. Community of Practice: • Contractor shall plan and facilitate peer learning cohorts, as needed, on topics identified by the Hub grant awardees. • Contractor shall contribute to a shared knowledge of Regional Innovation Hub programs, encourage the sharing of best practices, and inform program improvements and evolution.
