Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovate Harriman Hall for Business project at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. The Project will include a comparative cost analysis of building a new facility versus renovating the existing structure. The selected option, new or renovation, will then require complete design and construction related services for the decided effort. Either option will support the existing program and space needs for the School of Business as well as the secondary and tertiary programs found in the existing Harriman Hall. New construction efforts, should it be selected, will include complete site development and construction of a net zero facility on the South Campus as well as the complete demolition and removal of the existing structure and surrounding site amenities on the Main Campus. Renovation efforts, should it be selected, will include providing surge space needs, hazardous material abatement, window and door replacement, roof replacement, full mechanical replacement to meet deep energy initiatives, plumbing, and electrical upgrades/replacements, interior rehab of all spaces, and elevator replacement as well as site improvements.
