CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Case Creation and Case Management: Client Records Ability to create a client record with linked individual matters for each case all tied to one client record. Ability to classify a client as an adult or juvenile and restrict access to information accordingly, e.g. limited access to social security numbers and DOBs to those individuals in the office who need that information.
