Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Installation and repair of the following: a. Plumbing fixtures. b. Water supply and distribution piping. c. Water heaters, gas, electric and solar. d. Backflow prevention devices. e. Water pumps, tanks, and systems. f. Drainage, waste, and vent piping. g. Sewer and dewatering pump systems. h. Clean, trace, and inspect drain lines. i. Drain cleaning, jetting, and pump station. j. Perform work on electrical, electronic and pneumatic control systems including subcontracting with proprietary systems. k. Install heating and cooling systems, steam, hot water, and forced air. l. Seal pipe penetrations, including fireproofing required by code. m. Insulate pipes required by code. b. Installation and service for the following: a. Gas equipment. b. Gas piping, natural gas, propane and appliances.
