Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cleaning duties in these areas shall include: a. Removing debris and emptying trash cans; b. Dusting (including baseboards and ledges); c. Wiping counters, desks and telephones with cleaner; d. Sweeping tile, cement and asphalt floors and concourses (including cornersand closets); e. Washing and scrubbing tile, cement and asphalt floors and concourses (after sweeping); f. Vacuuming carpets (including moving furniture and/or using a whisk broom to clean corners); g. Washing and scrubbing showers, sinks and toilets; h. Replenishing supplies (e.g., soap, toilet paper, towel rolls); i. Cleaning mirrors, and j. Cleaning walls (particularly those in high-traffic areas) and windows as needed.
