Specifications include, but are not limited to: The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as “the Department”) seeks skilled, qualified vendors to submit a response to provide Early Head Start services for the Department’s Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) program. The mission of the EHS-CCP program is to provide high-quality childcare and an array of comprehensive services to low-income infants, toddlers, and their families. The Department has a grant from the Administration for Children and Families Office of Head Start to operate an Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership program to serve infants, toddlers, and their families. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein. This is for the Mobile & Baldwin area only.
