Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor will furnish all labor, tools of the trade and equipment necessary to perform functional testing and servicing of all generator systems. 2. The contractor shall maintain all components and equipment of the generator systems in accordance with the latest codes and standards according to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (hereinafter, ‘DEP’) and the National Fire Protection Association (hereinafter, ‘NFPA’) 110, and NFPA 111. 3. All testing, maintenance and service work shall be performed by trained and certified technicians with a minimum of three years’ experience. 4. Repair, Maintenance and Inspection Services shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and be billed at the Regular Rate. Services performed outside of normal business hours will be billed at the Premium Rate. 5. The contractor shall have the capability of supplying and maintaining a complete inventory of all major components that are deemed critical for the continuing operation of the various systems listed in Attachment I. 6. Any additional parts needed above and beyond normal wear and tear items shall be quoted and presented in writing to the Director of Facilities & Services or his representative prior to the performance of said repairs or the ordering of parts.
