Specifications include, but are not limited to: Train education staff on the concepts of the CSSP PFF, in compliance with the requirements of Utah Statute and USBE administrative rules. Provide resources and materials to assist participants in understanding the concepts and help educators to implement the concepts with fidelity. Materials will align with the USBE Prevention teams PFF resources found on the USBE Prevention website. Trainers and all involved in the development and delivery of the training will be qualified and familiar with industry best practices. Contractor will be able to demonstrate that at least one individual that will be providing each training session has at least one year of experience with training a version of the PFF training. Contractor will provide training evaluations to participants after each session to help determine if the training is accomplishing the purpose of providing effective training on the PFF, and to determine if improvements need to be made to the content or to the training methods of the trainers. Contractor will collaborate closely with USBE to ensure that all material is approved prior to any training occurring, and that USBE staff is invited to and allowed to participate in any training sessions. Contractor will report numbers of participants for each training session to USBE, as well as results of the training evaluations. Contractor will continually work with USBE Prevention staff to make any changes or improvements to training due to the results of the training evaluations.
