Specifications include, but are not limited to: To include all work described in the ARC Parking Lot Improvements ITB, Statement of Work, Plans, Specifications, Drawings, Reports, and any issued Addenda. Contractor shall provide all labor, new unused parts, new unused material and equipment necessary to deliver a complete and useable new ARC Parking Lot Improvements Project with approximately 92 standard parking spaces with wheel stops. Includes all Site Civil, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading, Excavation, Shoring, Dewatering, Paving and Striping; Concrete including ADA upgrades, Cast in place, Flatwork, Retaining Wall, Curbs and Sidewalks; Landscaping including Planting, Soil, Seeding and Irrigation, Stormwater Management Piping including a Dry Detention Basin, Rain Garden, Infiltration Planters 1 & 2, and a Flow Control Manhole; Electrical LED Lighting, pole bases, conduit and wiring; with all scopes of work to meet City of Salem/AHJ/NGB requirements. Includes removal and/or replacement of existing fencing and utilities that are in conflict with this work. And include all permits, testing, and reporting required per ITB documents
