(This list is not inclusive.) • Administrative / Clerical • Accounts Payable / Receivables • Building Maintenance • Custodial Services • Customer Service • Data Entry • Event Staff • Inventory Control • Shipping / Receiving • Skilled and Unskilled Labor • Trade Workers • Finance / Accounting Services • Engineering Services • IT Staffing • Contract Administration • Procurement; SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: 3.2.1 Respondent(s) shall maintain a collaborative and responsive relationship with Lamar University, including prompt return of calls and responses to emails. 3.2.2 Respondent(s) shall establish a primary contact and back-up for management of University’s account. 3.2.3 Respondent(s) and its personnel are responsible for compliance with all comprehensive state, federal, local laws, and Lamar University policies, guidelines, and work requirements. 3.2.4 Temporary personnel shall remain the employee of the Respondent(s) and shall not receive direct payment or benefits from the University. Respondent(s) shall be responsible for all payroll and withholding requirements. 3.2.5 Respondent(s) must provide Workers’ Compensation insurance for its personnel (see Exhibit C - Lamar University Vendor Insurance Requirements).
