Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is for retaining a general contractor (GC) to furnish, install, manage, and coordinate all work as shown in the attached documents on behalf of the Beaverton School District. The goal of this project is to renovate custodial offices and closets by removing raised utility sinks and installing floor mop basins at twenty (20) District buildings. General Contractor is required to assume positive asbestos present in (17) buildings. Asbestos testing and possible abatement will be necessary in the (17) buildings regarding gypsum wall board and floor tiles. Floor drains are present in each project building except Merlo Station Option School which will need a floor drain installed. All work shall be completed over the 2024 summer break.
