Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide the Services under the direction of the WCSA’s Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (“COTR”). The Contractor shall: a) Provide labor, supervision, supplies, equipment (including buses), uniforms, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, etc. necessary to provide the Services. b) Comply with all federal regulations regarding the transportation of passengers across state lines including, Title 49, Section 13501 of the United States Code, as well as any state or local regulations for locations that the Contractor will be required to provide Services. The Contractor shall provide copies of any certificates/licenses necessary to provide the Services. c) Maintain the minimum level of insurance required to perform the Services (see Section C.2 for the minimum insurance requirements). The Contractor shall provide a copy of the insurance certificates for review by the COTR within fourteen (14) days of the BPA award. d) Provide coach bus(es) (32 buses, each with a 34-passenger capacity) and minibus(es) (? buses, each with a 28-passenger capacity) (collectively, the “Vehicles”) for transportation of Events DC staff from any location to any destination, as requested by the COTR. e) When requested, provide additional types of vehicles (such as larger or smaller capacity, luxury, etc.) for transportation of passengers or guests. The Contractor shall provide a written quote for the requested Vehicles to the COTR for their review and acceptance. Acceptance is defined by the issuance of a purchase order. No work will be performed without the issuance of a purchase order
