Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall provide professional duty style uniform shirts and pants for all current and future security and management staff in the design, color, and specifications requested by the Assistant Program Director or designee in both regular and larger sizes to accommodate all employees. The Vendor shall provide uniform color/material options of the following: Shirts: Navy blue, button up the front, in short and long sleeve. 100% polyester textured woven, chest pockets with dual access utility compartments and hook and loop closures, flex underarm mesh vents, dual communication wire access openings in side seams, functional epaulets, or equivalent as agreed to by the Assistant Program Director or designee. Sizes XS – 6XL. White, button up the front, in short and long sleeve. 100% polyester textured woven, chest pockets with dual access utility compartments and hook and loop closures, flex underarm mesh vents, dual communication wire access openings in side seams, functional epaulets, or equivalent as agreed to by the Assistant Program Director or designee. Sizes XS – 6XL. Pants: Navy blue, cargo style, zipper fly, 75% fiber stretched polyester and 25% rayon (or comparable), cargo pockets on both legs, extra stitching in the crotch, flexible waist band, flexible fabric, zipper front, or equivalent as agreed to by the Assistant Program Director or designee. Women sizes 4-26, Men sizes 29+ The Vendor shall provide and sew on a 5”x3” DHS/TDF logo patch on the left sleeve of the uniform shirts. Logo artwork sample shall be provided to the Vendor by the Facility. The Vendor shall be responsible for providing the facility with a try-on set of shirts and pants to insure proper fit of the uniform within four weeks after the execution of the contract, prior to the initial purchase. The Vendor shall make all general alterations, including but not limited to, hemming of pants, waist adjustments (maximum of 2” small or larger than original item), seam repairs, and replacement of buttons, initially as orders are received.
