Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS), West KY Community & Technical College is seeking a qualified firm or individual that will provide grant evaluation services for the U.S. Dept of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program; The WKCTC U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (USDEd Title III SIP) project is a Technology Readiness & Wayfinding/Navigation program which (1) increases student technology readiness and support to increase student persistence and completion; (2) increase faculty knowledge, comfort, and consistency in the use of course technology and tools to deepen student engagement and persistence; and (3) improve students’ Sense of Belonging by addressing inadequate campus Wayfinding/Navigation. The WKCTC USDEd Title III SIP project will be successful if: • Student and faculty technology readiness increases • Student persistence, performance, and completion rates increase • Faculty knowledge, comfort, and consistency in using course technology and tools to deepen student engagement in online, hybrid, and in-person courses increases • Enhanced data collection for analysis of student persistence and re-engagement efforts increases • Students’ Sense of Belonging increases with the implementation of a comprehensive Wayfinding/Navigation strategy WKCTC seeks to contract with an outside evaluator to document and assess WKCTC’s success at meeting its goals and achieving the outcomes stated in its project design.
