It is the intent of Waller Independent School District (WISD) to establish an annual contract with multiple vendors for Maintenance related Supplies, Equipment and Services which includes, but not limited to: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Keys/Locks, Tools and misc. Building Materials on an as-needed basis, with the contract date beginning August 1, 2024. This contract also includes, but is not limited to software & site licenses related to these commodities. WISD is requesting proposals from vendors who offer discounts from their catalog, website or retail prices. However, if no discount is offered, WISD still encourages all vendors to respond to the bid proposal. It is the responsibility of the supplier to keep informed of any activities and addendums related to this bid opportunity.
