Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Mechanical Systems � Health Center project at the State University of New York at New Paltz. The Student Health & Counseling Center, built in 1966, is a slab on grade, single story, masonry building approximately 14,000 SF comprised of two main suites � Health Center and Counseling Center. This project is to replace the dual fuel oil/natural gas-fired hot water boiler with a Ground Source Heat Pump system (or air source heat pump) and a new gas fired boiler as backup for the heat pump system. Remove and replace two existing DX air handling units and associated air-cooled condensers, underground refrigerant piping, and controls. Remove and replace building wide ductwork distribution system and replace all fin tube radiation. Assume a 30% comprehensive interior renovation of the building. Surge space will be required for this project. A Hazardous materials survey will be required to determine if hazardous materials exist in this building.
