Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nutrition services include includes but is not limited to the following: a) Conducting individual assessments in Nutritional history and dietary intake; Anthropometric, biochemical, and clinical variables; Feeding skills and feeding problems; and Food habits and food preferences; b) Developing and monitoring appropriate plans to address the nutritional needs; c) Making referrals to appropriate community resources to carry out nutrition goals; d) Function as a Consultant utilizing coaching practices to support the Primary Service Provider, parents, and other caregivers, to strengthen their abilities and build their capacity in promoting the child’s learning and development within daily routines and activities; and e) Participate in the Individualized Family Support Plan meetings and other meetings (i.e., Family Support Team meeting, Joint Visit Planning meeting, Transition meetings) concerning the child’s progress.
